Douglas Colber

Douglas Colber is an accomplished lawyer, consultant, and former Vice President and General Counsel at Mintel, with a wealth of knowledge in corporate and non-profit law. He has a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from Wheaton College and a Doctor of Jurisprudence in Law from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law. Before joining Mintel, Douglas held positions as a Consulting Lawyer at Allied Telesis, Outside Counsel at The Lasalle Foundation, and Vice President, Assistant Secretary and Legal Counsel at Servicemaster, among others. Douglas also served as Interim Executive Director at Cabrini Green Legal Aid, where he provided leadership to the organization while overseeing legal services to low-income individuals.

As a former associate at Goldberg Kohn Ltd., Douglas developed expertise in securities litigation, contract law, and mergers and acquisitions. He is known for his excellent communication skills and ability to think critically, making him a valuable member of any team.
