Doug Taylor

Doug Taylor is a seasoned professional with a strong background in web technology, cloud services, DevOps, and business operations/automation. He co-founded Webmetrics, a leading external monitoring and web performance load testing company, which grew to 50 employees and established a global web testing infrastructure spanning over 100 cities worldwide. After Webmetrics was acquired by Neustar in 2008, Doug played a pivotal role in migrating core infrastructure to cloud services and ensuring a smooth transition of operations to the acquiring company. Following his tenure at Neustar, he ventured into angel investing for a period of two years before taking on the role of Vice President of Technology at Collexion, Inc.

Doug Taylor holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Information Systems from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated exceptional skill in problem-solving, scaling infrastructure, and driving business efficiency through automation. His experience and expertise make him a valuable asset in the tech industry.

In addition to his involvement with Webmetrics and Neustar, Doug has held various key positions in organizations such as Collexion, Inc. where he served as a Co-Founder, VP of Technology, and member of the Board of Directors. He has also contributed his insights and resources as an Angel Investor at OpenLabel.
