Kearney’s top-tier business media coverage from 2001-2005; quality of coverage as measured by outside media monitoring firm ranked highest among four competitors. Established public relations program built around intellectual capital; instituted formal planning, implementation, measurement and evaluation of public relations activities; conceptualized design of intellectual capital to ensure maximum media interest; media trained spokespeople.
