Technical lead in the TaxBit SME Team focused on DeFi & Blockchain capabilities to address the Digital Asset Finance, Tax, and Accounting needs of institutional, government, and individual consumers. 

Responsibilities included leading teams but also as a technical individual contributor including:
 ➢ Owned TaxBit product strategy, quality, and technical design & docs for Ethereum & EVM, Solana, and DeFi & NFT protocol integrations
➢ Managed Dev teams focused on front-end and blockchain integrations
➢ Collaborated with cross-functional Leadership, Product, & Dev teams
➢ Built Python blockchain ETL & analysis tools; analyzed 500+ million Ethereum hashes, performed QA testing, generated financial reports

TaxBit

Technical Senior Manager, DeFi & Blockchain

Technical lead within the EY Tax, Technology, Transformation (TTT) team working in the Blockchain & Digital Asset, FinTech, Private Equity, and Banking industries. 

Key responsibilities included:
➢ Owned the product vision & strategy, architecture, and SDLC for EY’s TADA digital asset tax platform; built the initial proof of concept including writing the Python ETL engine and Power BI front-end
➢ Built Power BI & SQL analytics solutions for Crypto CEX & FinTech clients focused in Financial, Tax, and Regulatory Reporting
➢ Managed junior team members, wrote & delivered technical training

Technical Project Manager & Product Owner

Manager within the Deloitte USA and Deloitte Australia member firms where I focused on Digital Transformation primarily within Banking and Technology clients delivering Finance Transformation, Data Analytics & Warehousing, Process Automation, Regulatory Compliance, and Internal Audit solutions.

Key responsibilities included:
➢ Managed projects focused on Data Analytics & Mgmt, Automation, and Finance & Compliance systems using global Dev teams of 5-10+ staff
➢ Responsible for roadmap & plan, project finance, business & technical requirements, delivery, team development, and stakeholder reporting
➢ Co-led startup of digital innovation business offering including vision & strategy, funding, tech & shared asset libraries, training, and people

Consultant within the Deloitte USA and Deloitte Australia member firms where I worked primarily with Banking and Technology clients delivering core Finance, Operations & Process Improvement, Compliance, and Internal Audit projects.

Key responsibilities included:
➢ Contributed to and led delivery of core Audit, Financial & Regulatory Reporting, Ops Excellence, and Risk & Compliance projects
➢ Designed & implemented internal control, process improvement, risk management, and reporting programs across core business units
➢ Stood up new Finance business units across people, process, & tech

Senior Analyst & Analyst

Analyst supporting CIO to improve enterprise PMO function. Responsibilities included:
➢ Assess processes, controls, tech, and data for $2B technology department to recommend improvements
➢ Developed strategy to increase usage of internal data, third-party tools, and standardized procedures & KPIs to improving accountability, control, and accuracy of spend estimates by 37%
