Doug Brown is a passionate individual with a profound love for music, particularly wind bands. Having been part of the extensive community of over 40 million Americans who have engaged in band activities, he harbors a deep desire not only to listen to wind band music but also to actively participate in group performances. This led him to establish Wind & Rhythm, a platform that initially commenced on one station and has progressively expanded over the years.
