Using cold-formed steel, we manufacture innovative products for interior framing, interior finishing, exterior framing, floor and roof framing, as well as clips, connectors, metal lath, barrier mesh and accessories.Directed 3 supervisors, 3 management personnel, and 24 union (hourly) employees.  Produced 380 million pounds of steel through five functional operations annually.  Developed and controlled $2.3 million operating budget.  Coached/mentored 3 direct supervisors on all union matters to include labor relations, grievances, and corrective action/PIP reviews.Established processes to identify opportunities and implement performance improvements.  Increased production from 7 million pounds to 10 million a month.  Managed a digital upgrade to our $13 million reduction mill coordinated with Corporate Engineering, maintenance, and outside contractors.  Completed the project on time without any disruption to our customers.
