Dorion Baker, MSHRM
Dorion Baker is a highly experienced talent acquisition professional in the MD and Northern VA areas, with extensive knowledge in the intelligence and security industries. With multiple positions within the recruitment field, from Director to Recruiting Manager, Baker has demonstrated excellent skills in building a network of professional contacts, sourcing talent, and recruiting highly skilled individuals for both private and public companies.
During his time in the roles of Chief People Connector and Strategic Recruiting Lead, he created and implemented highly effective talent acquisition strategies to attract, retain, and develop talent. He has worked on multiple recruitment projects for companies like Leidos, STG, TASC, Verizon Business, and Engility Corporation, just to name a few.
Apart from his experience in recruitment, Baker has also been successful as a church planter and lead pastor at Life Ticket Church. He studied at Atlee High School and has a degree in BA, Economics from Hampden-Sydney College.
