S&J Properties is a Design/Build company that specializes in custom, high-end residential remodel projects.
Responsibilities: Assist sales department by setting up clients, base contract and file for each project
Send, track and fully execute all contracts to clients
Track approval of Change Order items and update projects, contracts and invoicing schedule accordingly
Set up each job in accounting system and project management portal. Set up future tasks to drive all other departments’ responsibilities
Process all A/R invoicing, create and maintain project billing spreadsheets, perform collections
Assist the PM with all invoicing reports, project profit reports and any accounting related questions. Assist the Controller with cash flow reporting including future invoicing goals and future payments
Assist the Project Designer with reconciling client’s budgeted selection items. Perform a complex quarterly reconciliation for commission calculation. 
Assist the CFO with any audits to include pertinent period reporting and future financial estimates
Reconcile monthly accounts for accurate financials; including bank and credit card accounts, loan amortization, expense accounts, and job costing accuracy for payroll and liabilities. Maintain account ledger and depreciation schedules
Process all A/P invoicing to POs; obtain approval on all invoices and plan for payment based on cash flow. Vendor set up, obtain subcontractor documents, track W-9s, maintain current insurance certificate from subcontractors
Assist HR with payroll, medical insurance open enrollment, safety and CPR training, implement and maintain a Simple IRA plan. 
Plan holiday party and employee appreciation events. Create campaigns in Constant Contact for all client and vendor communications for all holidays and closures
Provide support to all departments, clients, employees, and vendors in a friendly and thorough manner
Prepare year-end financial documents for tax preparation. Prepare and send vendor 1099s

Accounting Manager

Topspin Media is an eCommerce platform for direct-to-fan sales and marketing by musicians, artists and
other creative professionals to sell their products and build their business.
Responsible for all aspects of Topspin's Accounting Processes:
Analyze monthly activity from the Topspin eCommerce platform, transferred activity into the
General Ledger via journal entry or accounts receivable invoicing, reconciled monthly activity to
cash received from Topspin's payment gateway
Serve as main liaison with Global Collect- Topspin's payment gateway
Serve as main liaison with Avalara; Avalara provides sales tax processing services
Serve as Finance liaison with Topspin's third party Fulfillment centers
Manage monthly Royalty Reporting to the Topspin Clients/Users, from running statements on the
Topspin platform to statement payment for over 700 artists a month
Process monthly payments to Topspin Client/Users, using ACH uploads, wires, Paypal and checks
Prepare all month end Journal Entries
Reconcile all G/L accounts, including Bank Reconciliations for 5 currencies on a monthly basis
Provide Customer Support services, processed refunds, client inventory management, and
general trouble shooting via phone, email and Zendesk customer support service software
Performs General Accounting duties at Bandmerch as follows:
Prepare Bank Reconciliations for all accounts including Paypal and main operating bank
accounts
Reconcile multiple G/L accounts including Accrued Expenses, Prepaids, Fixed Assets and
Intercompany Accounts
Secondary reviewer or approver on all ACHs and Wires
Maintain Fixed Asset Ledger and Depreciation schedules
Track W-9s, prepared and sent vendor 1099
Assist the Controller with complex reconciliations and other ad hoc analysis and reviews

Artist Accounting Analyst / Staff Accountant

SeaTel Inc. is a manufacturer of maritime satellite dish and antenna systems
Responsible for SeaTel's Accounts Payable Processes:
Processed vendor invoices for over 110 vendors, averaging 100 invoices a day
Performed biweekly vendor check runs averaging 150 individual checks per run, prepared all
wire transfer for international vendors
Reconciled all vendor statements on a monthly basis
Matched invoices to inventory receipts, resolved any discrepancies, tracked credits for returned
materials.
Reviewed and researched received materials not applied to invoices on a monthly basis
Researched and resolved quantity/price discrepancies between Inventory and Purchasing
Departments
Assist with month end close including balancing General Ledger accounts and Petty Cash

PrimeTime specialized in the design and construction of underground wet utilities lines for residential
tract projects and public works.
Responsible for all General Administrative Duties including Accounting, Job Costing, Human Resources,
Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Payroll
Ensured the timely billing, collection, cash receipts applications and joint checks for all open
projects; including billing with lien releases

major injury.  Tracked safety daily checklists for each Construction jobsite, prepared weekly safety
