Dor Bershadsky is an accomplished executive director and urban planning master with a diverse range of professional experience in the United Kingdom and Israel. A graduate of The Hebrew University with a Master of Geography, Planning & Environment, Urban & Regional Planning degree and a bachelor's degree in Government, Diplomacy Strategy, and Communication from IDC Herzliya, Bershadsky has held high-level management positions in various organizations.

He is currently serving as the Executive Director at UK Israel Business, a non-profit organization that supports bilateral trade between the UK and Israel. Additionally, he is the co-founder of UK Israel HealthTech Forum, aimed at improving healthcare through technological advancements. Bershadsky had been the Senior Manager at UK Israel Business in the past, contributing to various aspects of the organization's work.

Bershadsky has previously worked as a project manager at the Israel- Australia, NZ & Oceania Chamber of Commerce, held the position of Economic Development and Employment Adviser to the Deputy Mayor of Jerusalem at Municipality of Jerusalem, and acted as a training program coordinator at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.

Furthermore, Bershadsky has co-founded and led Hiburim (Connections) Social Impact Startup, as well as held positions as the Team Manager at Matimim and worked on community projects in Jerusalem.
