Donovan Pepper is a highly experienced Government and Community Relations expert with over thirty years of involvement representing corporations and trade associations at various government levels.

Throughout his extensive career, he has built strong relationships with multiple states and local governments and fostered national connections that have consistently aided in achieving corporate objectives.

Aside from his professional endeavors, Donovan has also shown dedication to civic engagement by providing leadership to various local and national organizations.

With a Master of Arts in Political Science and Government from the University of Illinois Springfield, a Bachelor of Arts from Sangamon State University, and an Associate's degree from Triton College, Donovan is well-versed in political matters and governance.

Having held key roles such as Senior Director of Government Relations & Civic Engagement, National Director of Local Government Relations, and various other executive positions at Walgreens, as well as prominent roles at Illinois Restaurant Association, SBC/Ameritech Illinois, and Chicagoland Chamber of Commerce, Donovan has honed his skills and expertise in government affairs, community relations, and public affairs management.
