Donnie Hall

Donnie Hall, also known as Donald R. Hall, is a Partner at Kaplan Fox & Kilsheimer LLP, a nationally recognized law firm.23 He has been associated with Kaplan Fox since 1998 and became a partner in 2005.14 With over 25 years of experience in securities and antitrust litigation, Hall practices in the areas of securities, antitrust, and consumer protection litigation.31

Hall graduated from the College of William and Mary in 1995 with a B.A. in Philosophy and obtained his law degree from Fordham University School of Law in 1998.1 During law school, he was a member of the Fordham Urban Law Journal and the Fordham Moot Court Board.1

At Kaplan Fox, Hall is actively involved in maintaining and establishing relationships with institutional investors and oversees the Portfolio Monitoring and Case Evaluation Program for the firm's numerous institutional clients.1 He has represented institutional clients in several high-profile securities litigation cases, including In re Bank of America Corp Litigation, In re Fannie Mae 2008 Securities Litigation, and In re Merrill Lynch & Co., Inc. Securities, Derivative & ERISA Litigation.1

Hall is admitted to practice in New York and Connecticut and before various U.S. District Courts and Circuit Courts of Appeals.1 He serves on the Executive Committee of the National Association of Securities and Commercial Law Attorneys and is a member of several professional associations, including the American Bar Association and the American Association for Justice.1
