Donnie Hall, also known as Donald R. Hall graduated from the College of William and Mary in 1995 with a B.A. in Philosophy and obtained his law degree from Fordham University School of Law in 1998.1 During law school, he was a member of the Fordham Urban Law Journal and the Fordham Moot Court Board.1

Hall is admitted to practice in New York and Connecticut and before various U.S. District Courts and Circuit Courts of Appeals.1 He serves on the Executive Committee of the National Association of Securities and Commercial Law Attorneys and is a member of several professional associations, including the American Bar Association and the American Association for Justice.1
