Donna Worley

Donna Worley is a communications and events professional with extensive experience in the textile industry. She served as the Director of Marketing Communications, Events, and Public Relations at Textile Exchange for over 15 years, from 2008 to 2024.34 In this role, she led the organization's marketing communications team, ensuring high visibility for all focus areas within Textile Exchange.2

During her tenure at Textile Exchange, Worley was responsible for various communication activities, including the release of important reports such as the First Annual 2025 Sustainable Cotton Challenge Report in 2019.1 She played a crucial role in promoting Textile Exchange's initiatives, which aimed to create leaders in the sustainable fiber and materials industry.1

As of January 22, 2024, Worley announced the end of her journey with Textile Exchange.3 She is now the Founder and CEO of Amplify and Connect PR Agency, focusing on global events, communications, and public relations.6
