Donna Soo is a Certified Gentle Yoga Teacher (E-RYT 200) with a Master's Degree in Nutritional Sciences. She believes in the power of yoga and nourishing whole foods to heal the body, mind, and spirit, guiding individuals towards strength, clarity of thought, and spiritual grounding. Donna offers nutritional guidance focused on longevity through anti-inflammatory diets, identifying food sensitivities, and incorporating fasting for overall healing and long-term wellness. Her specialties include gentle healing yoga, restorative yoga for illness, chair yoga for movement, and personalized eating programs for longevity.
Donna's education includes studying C.N.C. in Alternative Concepts in Nutrition at Global College of Natural Medicine, earning an M.S. in Nutritional Sciences from Arizona State University, and a B.S. in Medical Technology from Rush University. She is a Certified Yoga Alliance E-RYT200 from Yoga Source in Los Gatos, California, and has also studied at the Arizona Center for Integrative Medicine. Donna has previously worked as a chemist at Syva Company and owned her business as The Optimal Foodie before setting up her private practice, Yogi Donna.
