Donna Hoffman is a well-respected scholar, researcher, and educator in the field of digital commerce and internet marketing. She is recognized as the Louis Rosenfeld Distinguished Scholar and Professor of Marketing at the George Washington University School of Business. Hoffman has a Ph.D. in Quantitative Psychology from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill, and an A.B. in Psychology from the University of California at Davis. With her expertise in online consumer behavior, internet marketing, and web-based business models, Hoffman has published extensively in top academic marketing and management journals. She has been awarded numerous accolades throughout her career, including the Sheth Foundation/Journal of Marketing Award for long-term contributions to the discipline of marketing, the Stellner Distinguished Scholar Award from the University of Illinois, and the William O’Dell/Journal of Marketing Research Award for long-term research impact.
Hoffman is the co-founder of eLab, a renowned research lab for fielding online experiments and surveys regarding the internet.
