Donna Gerdes, SPHR, SHRM-SCP

Donna Gerdes is the Director of Human Resources at Sendero Consulting, a position she has held since April 2021. She has over 20 years of experience in human resources across various industries and states, and her responsibilities include overseeing HR administration, ensuring compliance with regulations, facilitating performance management, and conducting salary benchmarking.13

Gerdes holds both SPHR (Senior Professional in Human Resources) and SHRM-SCP (Society for Human Resource Management Senior Certified Professional) certifications. She is also an active member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) at both national and local levels in Dallas.12

Before becoming the Director, she served as the Senior Manager of Human Resources at Sendero, where she began her career in 2014. Her work also emphasizes support for the company's Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I) initiatives.13

In terms of education, Donna earned a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education from the University of Northern Iowa. Outside of her professional life, she enjoys golfing, home projects, reading, and spending time with her family, including her husband Kent, their son, daughter-in-law, and granddaughter.1
