He is a certified CompTIA Security+ professional with a focus on helping organizations protect their critical assets, systems, processes, data and people against security threats and vulnerabilities. Additionally, Donald has a strong background in sales, with a proven track record in new business acquisition, account management, and consultative solution architecting.

With a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University, Donald has honed his skills in risk management, compliance, disaster recovery planning, assessments, and policy development. His expertise in Telecommunications Services sales and marketing industry has allowed him to succeed in providing Networking technologies and solutions to small-to-medium-sized businesses, Fortune 500 companies, and other clients.
