Donald Perreault

Patent Attorney and Owner, Grossman, Tucker, Perreault & Pfleger, PLLC

Donald J. Perreault is a seasoned patent attorney and one of the founding partners of GTPP, with over 25 years of experience in U.S. and foreign patent protection.

His specialization areas include WDM optical communications, computer electronics, software systems, control systems, business methods, semiconductor manufacturing, electric motor technologies, and more.

Don leads GTPP's IP Trial Team and has worked with a wide range of clients from Fortune 100 companies to individual inventors, offering services in patent applications, infringement opinions, and technology license agreements.

Before his legal career, Don was involved in designing electrical and software interfaces for communication systems in Raytheon Company's Communication Systems Division.

He holds a degree in Electrical Engineering with a concentration in communications technologies from the University of New Hampshire and a J.D. from UNH Franklin Pierce School of Law.

Don is a member of the Massachusetts and New Hampshire Bars as well as the Patent Bar, with admissions to practice in the Massachusetts and New Hampshire Federal District Courts.
