Don Steinbrugge is a seasoned professional with over 35 years of experience in the institutional investment management industry. He is the Founder of Agecroft Partners, a renowned hedge fund consulting and marketing firm, and has held key positions in other prominent organizations in the finance sector. Don was the Founding Principal of Andor Capital, where he oversaw Sales, Marketing, and Client Service, contributing significantly to the firm's growth and global ranking. Prior to this, he served as the Head of Institutional Sales at Merrill Lynch Investment Managers and later as the Head of Global Institutional Sales at NationsBank Investment Management.

His educational background includes studies at the University of Richmond, and he has been actively involved in various organizations, having served on multiple boards and holding leadership roles in institutions such as The Richmond Ballet, Help For Children/Hedge Funds Care, and the Virginia Home for Boys and Girls.
