Don Nations is a seasoned leader, consultant, coach, and educator specializing in organizational and individual growth and transformation. With over 20 years of experience leading congregations and nonprofit organizations, he holds five degree programs including a B.S., M.Div., D.Min., MAIS, and EMBA.

As the driving force behind DNA Coaching, Don has obtained three national coaching certifications and engaged in continuous professional development. His work spans across the US, partnering with over 400 organizations, judicatories, and regional bodies, impacting more than 3000 congregations.

Don Nations excels in customer service, hospitality, branding, social media, training events, statistical analysis, coaching, safety, anti-terrorism efforts, emergency planning, financial reviews, educational consulting, and K-12/college education. He is currently spearheading an Education Services division for a notable behavioral health company.

Educationally, Don pursued a range of disciplines, achieving a 4.0 in MAIS Psychology/Education from Western New Mexico University and graduating with honors from Quantic School of Business and Technology with an Executive MBA. His studies also include D.Min. in Learning Theory from Columbia Theological Seminary, M.Div. in theology from Asbury Theological Seminary, and a BS in Psychology from Florida Southern College.

Throughout his career, Don Nations served in key roles such as Director of Educational Services at Comprehensive MedPsych Systems, President and Owner at DNA Coaching, Adjunct Professor at Southeastern University and Argosy University, Elder at United Methodist Church, Director of Ministry at North Naples United Methodist Church, and Senior Pastor at United Methodist Church.
