Don Kamarga

Don Kamarga is an accomplished professional with a solid educational background and extensive experience in various leadership roles across notable organizations.

He holds an MBA in Strategic Management from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology - Sloan School of Management, an M. Eng in Civil Engineering from Cornell University, and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering, graduating cum laude from the University of Washington.

Don currently serves as the Managing Director at b-panel®, bringing his expertise in strategic management and sustainability to the forefront of the organization's operations.

Prior to his current role, he held the position of Chief Strategy & Sustainability Officer at BETON WORKS, focusing on shaping the organization's long-term goals and sustainability practices.

His career journey includes significant contributions as a Country Director at FlexBase, a Board Member at PT. Cisangkan, and a Market Development Manager at Transonic Combustion, where he honed his skills in market expansion and business development.

Don also gained valuable experience as a Program Director - Telecom Economics at Siemens, a Business Consultant at McKinsey & Company, and a Design Engineer for the Vector M12 project at Vector Aeromotive / Lamborghini USA.

His diverse background in engineering, management consulting, and strategic leadership positions him as a versatile professional with a wealth of industry knowledge and expertise.
