Don Huse is an accomplished career coach, consultant, and speaker with over 25 years of experience in empowering individuals to take control of their careers. He is the founder of Venturion Career Management, a San Antonio-based firm offering proactive career management and personal branding strategies to individuals in various industries such as IT, finance, healthcare, and manufacturing. Don is a certified Career Management Fellow, Global Career Development Facilitator, and FranklinCovey Certified Coach, with a bachelor's degree in Practical Theology from Howard Payne University and additional studies at Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary.
Prior to his career in career management, Don spent 12 years as a pastor, working to establish new churches in developing areas throughout Texas, where he developed skills in leadership, training, and lecturing, all of which proved to be invaluable in his current career. As a coach and consultant, Don's main focus is to encourage his clients to pursue their passions and align their career choices with their values, resulting in more fulfilling and balanced careers.
