Don Ettore is an experienced Information Technology and Services Professional with a specialty in IT management, project management, development management, consultative selling, staff management, resource utilization, project strategy, administration, and planning. Ettore has a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree from the Indiana University of Pennsylvania. He has worked in a variety of industries and is particularly interested in opportunities involving IT process and operation improvement, especially those that relate to enhancing an organization's efficiency and bottom line.

Ettore's work experience has been diverse, from being the Release Manager at PNC to a Manager of Information Systems at Managed Care of America, where he began his career as a Programmer Analyst at Pittsburgh Business Consultants. Ettore has also served as a Senior Consultant and Project Manager for Federated Investors and PNC Healthcare at Pyramid Consulting Group, respectively. Moreover, he has been an Independent Consultant dealing with different clients for several years. He owned and managed Tentmakers By Trade, LLC, and was the Vice President of Professional Services at TechRx as well. He also held several positions at McKesson Corporation, such as Manager, Software Engineering, and Director of MCPS Sales and Account Management. Ettore was the Solutions Consultant and later the Service Delivery Manager at Keane, Inc.
