Don Ellison is a seasoned executive with 30 years of experience in conducting and managing domestic and international research projects in various areas such as energy, media, and international development. With a strong on-the-ground experience in East and West Africa, South Asia, and Southeast Asia, he has managed staff and projects across four continents.
Don Ellison has held distinguished positions in notable organizations including Senior Vice President at ICF International, where he currently serves as the USAID Account Manager. Previously, he held the same role at Macro International and was a Senior Energy Analyst at PEPCO.
His educational background includes a Master's degree in Demography from Georgetown University, a Master's degree in Psychology from George Mason University, and a Bachelor's degree in English from the University of Richmond.
