Don DuBois, Executive Vice President, Division 2 Manager, thrives in his leadership role as part of the western region of Fidelity National Title Group (FNTG), a member of the Fidelity National Financial (NYSE: FNF) family of companies and the nation’s largest group of title companies underwriters. With over 27 years of industry experience, Don began his real estate career in commercial title sales following his seven years of performance as a professional golfer. His competitive spirit, along with his unwavering commitment to success, created a solid foundation for the next chapter of successful leadership.Admired and supported by colleagues and clients alike, Don flourished within the industry into his current role as the Executive Vice President and Regional Manager for FNTG’s western division. As the responsible party for 17 profit centers and head of roughly 1,500 employees, Don’s impact can be seen in the significant growth and empowerment of employees throughout the nation.Don’s philanthropic passions and personal interests can be seen in his personal and professional affiliations. He supports numerous charitable organizations such as City of Hope, Pretend City, Orangewood Children’s Foundation, HomeAid, and Boy Scouts of America. He is a member of Big Canyon Country Club, Rock Creek Cattle Company, The Valley Club of Montecito, The Pacific Club, and Toscana Country Club. Don is also active with both the US Golf Association and Southern California Golf Association.Don is married and a proud father of four children. When not working, he enjoys activities with his lovely family and can always carve out some time to spend on the golf course. Don is a graduate of Arizona State University (Tempe).
