Don Dillashaw

Don Dillashaw is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the aerospace, high-tech, and chemical industries. As a former Staff Sergeant in the United States Air Force, Don learned discipline and the importance of doing the job right the first time. Later, he spent 12 years at Intel where he developed attention to detail and cultural awareness. Next, Don worked at SureID Inc. where he honed his hybrid skills and played a vital part in the company's growth. He then moved on to KUBWATER RESOURCES, INC. where he gained valuable chemical expertise before joining Norchem. Today, as a Field Service/Start-up Engineer at Tokyo Electron US, he combines his diverse skills and experience to provide top-notch services to clients.
