Don Coulter

Don Coulter is a highly accomplished business leader with extensive experience in financial services industry, having worked in banking, credit unions, insurance, leasing, pension fund and asset management. Coulter's expertise in corporate finance, operational risk management, and financial mathematics was honed during his post-graduate studies at Amsterdam Institute of Finance, where he also studied Behavioural Finance, Global Finance, and Corporate Governance at The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. Coulter holds a Master's degree from the NYU Stern School of Business and is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) and a certified Director with the ICD.D designation. He has a wide array of directorship and leadership experience, having led several organizations, including the Canadian Credit Union Association and Coast Capital Savings, and he currently serves as the President and CEO of Concentra Bank. Coulter is passionate about developing teams and believes that leadership is about being authentic, bold, and collaborative. He is an honouree of Business in Vancouver's BC CFO of the Year awards.
