During this time, I led my team to successfully develop the Viddl short form video app; designed and implemented a customer camera controller; implemented AVFoundation video composition code to combine multiple short videos; created collaboration UI in SwiftUI; and formalized a DevOps ticketing process for better efficiency and more effective communication between team and leadership.

I managed various projects for Maven, including:
Sports Illustrated iOS App-(https://apps.apple.com/us/app/sports-illustrated/id1548587305) I served as the sole developer on the initial MVP for the new Sports Illustrated iOS app, driving the project from initial concept to ship-ready in four months. Utilized UIKit and SwiftUI. 

Maven iOS App- I updated the markdown content-based app natively performantly render TML content created by Tempest; integrated with Apple News format; implemented the container that housed modules that knew how to render a variant of Apple News Format; and developed handshake protocol between the container and embedded modules. 

The Street iOS App--I maintained the app of this newly acquired firm, resolving bugs and performing releases.

I was a member of a five-person team of senior developers for the live-streaming iOS app composed in Swift. During this time, I was instrumental to addressing quality issues in complex multi-threaded software, coaching the team on the application of Apple’s iOS adaptive UI principles, coding advanced UI for iPad, developing and launching the NCAA Team Pass feature, rewriting the social login stack twice, implementing several customer iOS controls, and dramatically improving release velocity.

As one of the key founders of the organization, I built the iOS native app in Swift with some Objective-C and supported the application by leading ancillary backend tasks. I coded advanced UI for iPad, improving the rendering on onboarding screen and other key functions; and was instrumental to shipping more improvements to the app store in less time.

I also designed and implemented a complete video upload-and-transcoding service in C#, utilizing AWS ElasticTranscoder, Simple Queueing Service, Simple Notification Service, Cognito (for authentication of mobile apps in the field so they could upload content), all so users could upload videos from their devices, and they would be delivered in streamable HLS format.

•	Key contributor to Scout’s iOS mobile app, implementing the notifications subscription UI, so customers can be notified in realtime as new stories break, the forums photo upload code and UI, including backend server technology, and numerous other features that drive customer satisfaction, using the app. 
•       Designed and implemented both the client and server code for Scout's internally facing Film and Fire iOS app, a game-changing tool that empowers Scout publishers to upload and publish video stories to Scout's network of sites, breaking time-sensitive stories two to five minutes after capturing the video. 
•	Architected, designed, and implemented Scout’s RESTful Server framework from the ground up when existing C# solutions in the open source community proved inadequate to the company’s needs.  This lightweight, performant framework is open-sourced at https://github.com/doncl/SeeSharp/tree/master/Sid

•	Architected a platform for onboarding nearly four million new users and club subscriptions to Scout from club users from the North American Membership Group, more than doubling Scout’s users and subscriptions.
•	Leveraged the platform to achieve integration of numerous external sites to the Scout Platform.  
•	Acted in a leadership capacity in the effort to use external contractors to migrate story content from external sites, successfully surmounting all barriers, providing a low-friction way for stories to be brought from external sites.
