- At the end of my six-months period at TangoSource, there were a selection process running, administrative positions like HR, Project Management and Accounting were filled by local people and I finally hired an enthusiastic young college student who started a plan to organize recruitment events at his university.

•	Increased awareness about Nearsoft branding on large IT online mexican communities in order to attract more candidates to apply to the job vacancies.
•	Developed one of my strongest skills: public relations by participating as a speaker of IT events in some universities of Sonora.
•	As Community Manager for my own brand: @DonChambitas, the number of followers got an increase of 70% in my social media profiles.
•	Two out of three candidates presented to my clients were attracted via my Twitter activity.
•	According to the data metrics, I managed to have one candidate with the Nearsoft selection process approved every month. Half of them were hired.

•	The current IT Recruiters working for ScreenIT are using Recruitment 2.0 best practices that we learned together at my initiative.
•	Three new recruiters were hired by me during the time I worked from the office. One of them moved on to become the community manager for ScreenIT.
•	My first dev hiring for a ScreenIT client was during the first month I moved there.

Guadalajara.

•	Recruited some talented .NET Developers and one Websphere Admin for HCL Technologies. The .NET ones were sent to Microsoft; in Redmond, Washington.
•	Got local companies to offer discounts and lower cost services for HCL employees.

•	Employee relations management, which included evaluations and feedback, training, work environment and day to day suggestions.

•	Relations with the main universities of the state to recruit the most talented students.
