Don Butler

Don Butler is a seasoned and accomplished full life cycle and senior corporate recruitment veteran with over 30 years of industry experience. He has extensively worked in the banking and financial services, commercial facilities management, sales and marketing, manufacturing and industrial, and information and emerging technologies sectors. Don is recognized for his distinctive focus on selecting, recruiting and placing executive and managerial talent. He has completed over hundreds of retained assignments in his career and has a strong commitment to client satisfaction. Don's strategic relationships with his clients have awarded him local, regional, and national recognition. He started his career at Bowest Mortgage Corporation in New York and later worked as a National "Top Producing Pacesetter" with Management Recruiters International (MRI). Don was also a partner at The Harvard Group and held executive recruiter and leadership recruiter consultant roles at CBRE and Johnson Controls, respectively. Additionally, he was retained as an executive search consultant by private practices and a vice president at FIS Global, formerly known as Metavante Corp. Don has a depth of experience needed to understand his clients and provide them with the highest level of service.
