Don Bolieau

Don Bolieau is an engineering management professional with a rich background in both design and manufacturing of high-volume products. With a hands-on approach, he specializes in process redesign for waste elimination, process improvements, and quality enhancements.

His expertise includes lean manufacturing, process development, improvement, and implementation in operational and office settings, global engineering services and administration, cradle-to-grave engineering design management, operations and plant management, plant shutdown, as well as building international customer and supplier relationships. Don is adept at Process Flow, PFMEA, and Control Plan development, and is open to short and long-term project opportunities.

Don's educational background includes a BSME in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Utah, an MBA in General Business from the University of Phoenix, and a diploma in General Studies from Box Elder High School in Brigham City, Utah.
