Dominic Fernandez is a well-rounded professional with years of experience in digital consultancy, data analysis, programming, and design. With a Six Sigma Green Belt certification, a Microsoft Certified Solution Architect badge, and an IBM Watson Customer Experience Analytics Solutions Architect credential, Dominic holds a deep understanding of process improvement, data management, and systems design. He provides proficient services to businesses by analyzing and utilizing data to make intelligent decisions, break down requirements, and design and implement solutions that not only meet their needs but also drive better outcomes.

Dominic has worked as a Principal Consultant at Computants Inc. since August 1986, helping his clients to streamline processes, enhance operations, drive growth, and show a return on investment. He also worked with SAP as a Partner Consultant and Dynamic Tiering consultant before he was a Solutions Architect for Watson Customer Experience Analytics at IBM. Dominic has a diverse educational background, having studied at Fanshawe College, Meeti Bai College of Arts, and A.J. College of Commerce and Economics.
