Led tight ends/h-backs by employing position-specific skill set improvement drills, film evaluation and correction, academic progress and daily meetings. Enhanced starting tight end production from 10-98 to 21-233 with 1 touchdown in one season. Coordinated all video needs for the offense, including film evaluation, opponent and self-scout breakdown, tendency analysis and reporting, using CoachComm software. Assisted in the video system conversion from CoachComm to DSV.  Assisted in practice and game plan implementation and recruited assigned areas in El Paso, TX, New Mexico, Arizona and Nevada.

Assistant Coach - TE and H-backs

Supervised all aspects of the development of the defensive line in a base 4-3 defense; enhanced player’s skill sets through the design of specialized drills, weight training, conditioning routines plus learning opportunities, including whiteboard and video sessions. Developed a 3-3 Stack package that was used in nickel situations.  Improved several team and defensive production statistics in several major categories: wins (9 to 12), state rank (24 to 6), points per game allowed (210 to 174) and total sacks (14 to 29).  Assisted in the development and game plan preparation of the defense, with emphasis on the run game and pass protections and all phases of the special teams units.  Coordinated all video requirements, including opponent breakdown, self-scouting and opponent film exchange using DSV software.

Assistant Football Coach - Def. Line

Developed and trained the defensive line and outside linebackers in a base 3-4 defense, utilizing position specific drills and film evaluation to enhance each player’s success in game situations.  Generated improvement in key team and defensive statistical categories:  wins (4 to 8), points allowed per game (22.4 to 18.8), sacks (19-28) and tackles for loss (68-292 to 94-324).  Assisted in the creation of weekly scouting reports, with an emphasis on identifying top running / passing plays and analyzing personnel, down / distance and situational tendencies.  Coordinated all aspects of the kickoff and kickoff return teams, including personnel assignments, practice organization and performance evaluation.  Recruited assigned areas in central PA, Delaware and Illinois.

Assistant Football Coach - Def. Line and Outside Linebackers

Department technical lead, offering advanced communications support, voice, data and equipment contract negotiation, project management and business operations support. Consulted and developed voice and data infrastructure requirements for 50+ nursing communities and 7 corporate offices, in addition to several client HUD and program sites.  Built and fostered client relationships, while facilitating department geographic and customer base growth.  Conceptualized an enterprise-grade, hosted Unified Communications System using Cisco Unified Communications and MPLS to create a highly efficient client support model, realizing a 150% revenue increase and a client communications cost savings of 30% over 4 years.  Researched, designed, implemented and supported the 7000 phone system located in 37 client locations.  Built, maintained and troubleshot server-based system, including associated wired network equipment, wireless networks and ancillary application servers.  Developed asset and licensing tracking methods.  Authored end-user, first and second level support and build/maintain documentation.
