After completing his Bachelor's degree in Accounting from California State University at Fullerton, Domenic worked in Human Resources at reputable law firms like SulmeyerKupetz, APC, and Richards, Watson & Gershon, APC for over a decade.

In 2000, he transitioned to become a Legal Recruiter, leveraging his in-house screening and recruiting skills, and later served as a Direct Hire Staffing Manager at Legal Option Group, Inc. for ten years.

Co-founding D3 Legal Search, LLC in 2010 with Donald Moser and David Pacheco, Domenic has excelled in providing unparalleled legal staffing services by building enduring relationships with law firms, corporate clients, and top talents in the legal market.

His specialties include working with International, National, Mid-Size, and Prominent Boutique Law Firms, Corporate Legal Departments (Local & National), and Multinational Legal Services Providers across Northern & Southern California.
