Dom dipHE has over 25 years of experience in the Leisure and Fitness Industry, with roles ranging from General Manager to Regional Manager, Head of Training, and Group Head of Compliance Quality and Safety.

Currently, Dom is the Head of Health, Safety, and Environmental Management services in the HR Business Solutions team, where he is spearheading the development of a new division to offer solutions in health and safety, staff training, fire safety, risk management, compliance, and environmental challenges.

Moreover, Dom leads a compliance training academy focusing on first aid, health and safety, fire safety, safeguarding, and mental health first aid. He is also actively engaged in Event Management, assisting in planning and coordinating various events like weddings, summer balls, corporate gatherings, and parties by providing a range of services from discos and fireworks to lighting, games, and more to add glamor to special occasions.

His educational background includes studying Exercise Science: Health Studies at the University of Luton and acquiring certifications in Health & Safety, Fire Risk Management, and Environmental Management from NEBOSH.

Throughout his career, Dom has held key positions such as Senior Health, Safety & Environmental Management Consultant at Business HR Solutions Limited, Head of Group Compliance, Quality & Safety at The énergie Group, General Manager at various fitness centers like DW Sports Fitness, The Gym Group, Abbeycroft Leisure, and SLM - Everyone Active, among others.

Additionally, he has experience as an Area Training Manager at VOSPER THORNYCROFT (UK) LIMITED and as Duty Manager at One Leisure - Hunts District Council and held roles in leisure and fitness consulting, training, and management at Fenland District Council.
