Dolores Alcaire

Dolores Alcaire is currently the Responsible for the Legal Department at the Zaragoza office of ACERTIUS SUMA CAPITAL, specializing in Corporate and Civil Law, providing legal advice to companies and their management bodies, corporate restructurings, generational succession in family businesses, and litigation in private law areas. She has also been involved in criminal proceedings related to economic and corporate crimes.
