Dmytro Antoniuk is a seasoned professional in the IT and software development industry. He currently serves as the General Manager/Country Manager for Ukraine of ISM Ukraine, which is part of the reputable Dutch internet/software agency, ISM eGroup. Dmytro completed his specialist degrees in Management of Organizations and Software Development (cum laude) from Zhytomyr State Technological University, and holds a PhD in Educational Science, with particular research focus on using business simulations to develop economic competence of technical specialists (ICT in Education). Additionally, he graduated from Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University, with MBA and Postgraduate education (PhD research), Information and Communication Technologies in Education.

With extensive experience as an IT- adviser, Project Manager and Team Manager in software development, Dmytro's expertise ranges from Internet mass-media and E-Learning to E-Commerce. His work with ISM eGroup has given him a deep interest in improving the efficiency of economic interaction through E-Commerce. Besides, Dmytro is also actively involved in driving education development in Zhytomyr Region and Ukraine, organizing educational events and giving speeches and workshops in the areas of economic competence, personal finance literacy, modern trends in education and technology.

Dmytro's voluntary positions include serving as Secretary of Supervisory Board of Zhytomyr State Technological University and as Vice President for Small and Medium Business at IT Ukraine Association.
