Dmitry Shapiro is a tech entrepreneur, investor, and scholar with an extensive background in engineering, product management, and leadership. He is currently the CEO of Koji, a platform that enables anyone to create and share interactive web experiences. Prior to Koji, Shapiro held executive positions at Silicon Valley giants such as Google and Myspace, where he led product management and technological development teams. As a founder and CEO, he has also launched and scaled several venture-backed startups, such as Akonix and Veoh Networks.
Shapiro's passion for innovation and user experience has earned him recognition as an industry thought leader and speaker at major tech events worldwide. He is also a scholar of Eastern philosophy, having studied the works of Alan Watts extensively. Shapiro holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
