Dmitry Rukhlin

Dmitry Rukhlin is a seasoned leader with an impressive background in systems engineering, business performance management, and related fields. He graduated from the United States Naval Academy with a degree in Engineering, and went on to earn certificates in Managing and Improving Business Performance from Cornell University, as well as Engineering the Warehouse from Georgia Tech.

During his career, Dmitry has held a variety of high-profile positions, including Chief Operating Officer and Director of Compliance and Special Projects at Kraus USA, an affiliate of Delta Faucet. He has also served as a Regional Manager at ENCON Heating, A/C & Energy Solutions, as well as a Surface Warfare Officer in the US Navy.

Today, Dmitry is the owner of Northern Star Alliance, LLC, doing business as Canine Dimensions In-Home Dog Training. With a steadfast commitment to his team and a passion for leadership, Dmitry considers it an honor to be entrusted with the livelihoods of those who work with him.
