Dmitry Fedosov is an accomplished executive with over 20 years of experience in private equity investments, corporate finance, and management consulting. He co-headed and was a shareholder of a private equity business at a prominent Russian investment bank and invested his own capital. Dmitry served as a Non-Executive Director on the boards of companies in retail, manufacturing, and mining in emerging markets. He acted as an interim CEO in portfolio companies and advised shareholders and corporates on M&As, investments, and special situations’ resolutions. Dmitry holds a Master of Laws degree with distinction in Corporate Law from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law, a Master's degree in Business Law from Kutafin Moscow State Law University, an MBA from London Business School, and an Executive Education diploma from Harvard Business School. Additionally, he studied Master of Business Research, Finance at Ludwig-Maximilians Universität München, and MA in International Economics at Plekhanov Russian University of Economics. Dmitry is the Chief Executive Officer at Potok Inter and was also a senior advisor at Kroll’s office in Russia and the CIS, where he consulted clients on business investigations, forensic, M&As, and restructurings.
