Dmitry Dolgov is an experienced IT entrepreneur and co-founder with over 20 years of experience in B2C web product development. He served as the Co-founder and Product Director at BankEx from February 2016 to June 2021.1 BankEx is described as a Blockchain Bank-as-a-Service platform for banks, utilizing the Proof-of-Asset Protocol to transform capital markets.1
