Dmitriy Bechutskiy

Dmitriy Bechutskiy is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in the software development and business process outsourcing industries. Currently, he holds the position of Business Development Director at ALCOR, a Business Process Outsourcing Provider aiding IT product companies in establishing R&D centers in Ukraine. Alongside, he serves as the driving force behind StairwaySoft LTD, an Israeli-based software development company. With an extensive career in information technology and services, Dmitriy is proficient in Agile Methodologies, Python, Transact-SQL (T-SQL), Software Development, and ASP.NET. His educational qualifications include a Ph.D. in Economics from IASA, an MBA in Business Management from Ariel University, and a Master's Degree in System Analysis from the National Technical University of Ukraine 'Kyiv Polytechnic Institute'. Additionally, his mathematical expertise spans across decision making theory, probability theory, mathematical statistics, modeling, simulation theory, pattern recognition, PCA, genetic algorithms, and image segmentation algorithms.
