Divyata Khedekar

Divyata Khedekar is a seasoned Human Resources (HR) professional with a wealth of experience in various HR functions, from talent acquisition to talent management.

She has been actively involved in formulating HR policies & procedures, enhancing employee engagement, conducting HR function audits, ensuring statutory compliance, and driving HR digitization initiatives.

Currently, Divyata is pursuing her second master's degree in Occupational & Business Psychology, showcasing her commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

Her educational background includes a Bachelor of Management Studies from the University of Mumbai, an MSc in Occupational and Business Psychology from Kingston University, and a Master of Management Studies in Human Resource Management from IES Management College and Research Centre.

Throughout her career, Divyata has gained valuable experience in different roles at renowned organizations like ZS, Hawkins Cookers Limited, Parle Products Pvt. Ltd, Sah Petroleums Ltd (IPOL), and IFCM Counsellors Pvt Ltd.

Her roles have ranged from Talent and Learning Designer to Senior Manager and Manager Trainee in HR, showcasing her diverse skill set and adaptability to various HR environments.
