Divya Silbermann

Divya Silbermann is a seasoned Human Resources professional with a decade of experience in the technology industry, having worked at prominent companies like Facebook and Eventbrite. She is the founder of Brave Coaching, where she serves as a dedicated leadership coach, providing personalized guidance to a select group of clients. Divya has successfully coached numerous leaders across different career stages, from aspiring young professionals to seasoned C-level executives.

Before establishing Brave Coaching, Divya held various HR roles such as HR Generalist, HR Business Partner, and HR Global Programs Manager. Her notable experiences include being a pivotal HR Business Partner at Eventbrite, the first HR employee at Facebook during its significant growth period, and an HR Best Practices Researcher at CLC (Corporate Leadership Council).

Divya's educational background includes studying Professional Coaching at The Coaches Training Institute, obtaining a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Psychology from Clark University, completing an Integral Coach program at New Ventures West, and pursuing studies at Mount Carmel College in India.
