Investment Management Operations Analyst

Being part of the U.S. Regulatory Reporting team, I assisted and prepared daily, weekly and monthly external financial reports such as FR2900, FR Y-10, FR Y-8, TFC-1, TFC-2 for the Security Exchange Commission and the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston. 
- Daily monitored the collateral and exposure risk of the bank  and its affiliates and prepared the Regulation W report for audit and compliance purposes. 
- Analyzed and remodeled financial reports saving 50 minutes on average weekly and increasing efficiency, reducing manual inputs. 
- Presented my findings on the geopolitical threats affecting markets, and the impact of Brexit (and the potential EU break-up) on State Street's business lines and potential opportunities.

Regulatory Reporting and Compliance Intern

As part of a semester-long consulting project, I worked with AlphaGrip Inc. to develop an overarching marketing plan that involved creating a social media presence, a crowdfunding campaign outline, and a layout of an improved website. All of our activities were aimed towards creating a sustainable marketing plan for their new product, to speed up the launch process.

Worked at Citibank Nigeria as an intern with the Global Subsidiary Group which managed Citi's Multi-National Corporation clients in Nigeria. 
- Enhanced my technical skills such as Microsoft Excel to organize large scale customer data on daily transactional movement through the bank.
- Experienced the 2016 financial chaos in Nigeria, first-hand owing to the falling oil prices and reduction in foreign reserves in the country, by communicating with clients facing the repercussions of these problems and developing solutions with the team.
