Divya Goel

Divya Goel is a Construction Manager with nearly a decade of experience in Solar Projects, currently working at Sterling and Wilson in the capacity of Construction Manager of International Projects, stationed at a 4MW Hybrid Energy Solar Project in Nigeria.

Her extensive experience includes managing projects ranging from 50MW Solar Power Plants to Roof top Solar power Plants of 8MW, Ground Mounting Solar Power Plants of 170MW, and Hybrid Solar Projects of 4MW. She has a solid track record of overseeing all stages of photovoltaic construction projects and has excelled in roles such as Site In-charge and Production In-charge.

Divya is known for her resourcefulness, creativity, and collaborative approach, coupled with strong communication skills. She has a background in Mechanical Engineering, holding a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Maharshi Dayanand University. Her educational journey began with studying 12th with a focus on PCM at S.V.M.

Prior to her current role at Sterling and Wilson, Divya Goel has gained valuable experience at esteemed organizations like Adani Group, Aarcchor Innovations Pvt. Ltd., MITA FASTENERS PVT LTD, and Megatech power equipments Pvt. Ltd. Her expertise extends across areas such as Production planning, Procurement, Design and Development, vendor development, and high-performance projects delivery.
