Divin John is a highly experienced collaboration engineer with over a decade of industry knowledge. He has worked extensively in enterprise IT, customer service, and management. John is a networking professional with a reputation for resolving customer issues effectively. This has honed his leadership and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional stakeholders to facilitate solutions to ensure customer success.

John studied Electronics and Communication Engineering at the prestigious National Institute of Technology Tiruchirappalli. He has since gone on to work for big-name companies such as Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Cisco. At the latter company, John served as a Technical Team Lead, UCCE-TAC Engineer, Collaboration SME-CUCM & Voice Gateways, and Engineer - Technical Services. Before this, he worked at Topgun Technologies as a Network Administrator and with Mannai Corporation as an Intern.

John’s diverse work experience has made him an expert in various aspects of his profession, ensuring he possesses skills that match the changing dynamics of his field. He is a problem solver who has built strong working relationships through his excellent communication and collaboration skills. His technical expertise includes unified communications, contact centers, CUCM, voice gateways, and technical services.
