Roles and Responsibilities

•	To document the business process by identifying the requirements.
•	Coordinate with top management in understanding different process plans, business process, and functionality in depth.
•	Obtained a detailed understanding of clients' internal processes and workflow to enable better service delivery and enhanced client relationships.
•	Handled the tasks of screening, selecting and submitting candidates to job orders within a defined discipline.
•	Expanded network of the company with large IT groups like Cognizant, Wipro, TCS, Infosys, NTT, CMC, etc.
•	Get requirements from US IT staffing companies within all the locations across USA.
•	Effectively recruited candidates through Internet research, internal database and other strategies.
•	Gathering the requirement and information from the client and working according to the need of project.
•	Understanding the client requirements, coordinating for short listing and screening including preliminary interview of the candidates.
•	Proficient in gathering and analyzing the requirements from the client and acknowledging the need of requirements.
•	Sought new business opportunities with new and existing clients.
•	Collecting data from the clients and responsible for checking the daily achievements.
•	Preparing excellent documentation on business requirements.
•	According to analysis making the improvement plans.
•	Strong analytical, problem solving and negotiation skills.
•	Ability to use sound judgment in research and analysis of a task.
•	Managed relationship with programmers and bridged communication between end users and development team.
•	Dealing with consultants on H1B, GC and CITIZEN, etc. Negotiating the rates and salaries on FTE, C2C and CTH basis.
•	Motivating the team members for working and responsible for training of the new resources in the support staff.
•	Coordinating, Scheduling & Conducting Interviews.
