Dipesh Tosar

Dipesh Tosar is an experienced legal professional with expertise in mergers and acquisitions, data protection, employment law, software and technology transactions, corporate governance, and complex commercial contracts.

He has a strong educational background, holding a Bachelor of Arts in Law with Honours and a Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice with Commendation from The University of Sheffield.

Currently serving as the Deputy General Counsel for UK and Ireland at dentsu international, Tosar has held various legal positions within the organization, including Senior Legal Counsel and Legal Counsel.

Prior to his tenure at dentsu international, he gained experience as Legal Counsel at Venda, Solicitor and Trainee Solicitor at Pictons Solicitors llp, and Legal Executive at Shoosmiths.
