She has transitioned to guiding and supporting entrepreneurs in implementing the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) at the highest Expert Implementer level, leveraging her extensive experience across 145+ companies in various sectors like eCommerce, technology, real estate, and finance, especially excelling in family businesses and high-growth ventures.

With over 14 years of expertise in EOS, Dione has successfully graduated 125 companies and facilitated the sale of 15 EOS entities. In addition to conducting numerous talks and workshops, she manages a fund and organizes an annual event on Sir Richard Branson's Necker Island.
