Dinesh Rudra

Dinesh Rudra is a seasoned professional with a passion for visual storytelling and cross-functional experience spanning consulting, communications, and change management. With over 19 years of experience at top-tier organizations such as Accenture, KPMG, Malaysia Airlines, and the Victorian Government, Dinesh has established himself as an expert in creating visuals and video content that drives positive change. He is the founder of Light Animations, a communications specialist firm that helps individuals and teams realize their big ideas by harnessing the power of visuals.

Dinesh completed his BCompSci in Computer Science at Monash University, and his A Levels in Physics, Maths, and Computer Science at Taylor's College. He attended Bukit Bintang Boys Secondary School for his SPM.

His career has included roles as Communications Adviser at the Department of Health & Human Services (Victoria), Internal Communications Manager (Intranet) at Epworth HealthCare, Internal Communications Manager at KPMG, Corporate Communications Advisor (Web) at Southern Health, Communications Lead (Change Management) at Yarra Valley Water, and Change Manager/Communications Lead at Malaysia Airlines. He also served as a Research and Planning Officer at the Australian Government Department of Education and Training.

Dinesh has a mission to help 1 million teams spark positive change in the world. He currently trains teams on how to create visuals and video content affordably using PowerPoint.
